While we have a standard cancellation policy which you can see here, we advise you double check on the listing's page if the Host has their own cancellation policy. We respect existing cancellation policies that individual Hosts have, and as such, we follow their policy if they have one in place.

However, these terms are open to negotiation. If a host is happy to override either policy, that takes precedent.


We'll always refund the amount that the Host agrees - including our fee. If the host is happy to refund 100% of your payment, you'll receive 100%, not 90%.
